UPDATE: RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ATVS AND ENGINE POWERED VEHICLES ON BOROUGH ROADWAYS AND REGULATION FOR GAS STATIONS ALLOWING FILL UP OF ATVS AND ENGINE POWERED VEHICLES PASSED BY COUNCIL AT THE MAY MEETING. A COPY OF THE TEXT OF THE ORDINANCE AVAILABLE DURING BUSINESS HOURS.
.Code Enforcement will be enforcing noise, yard maintenance, dog/cat, trash and recycling ordinances along with many others. Be respectful of your neighbors.
.Speed Enfocement is also a priority along with illegal truck traffic on Bear Creek Road and other residential streets. The borough has received increased revenue from code enforcement, truck inspection enforcement, and speed enforcement.
